Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
Woo Arkaya creates premium, bespoke, and made-to-order lighting solutions. Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited and applicable only under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Most of our products are custom-designed based on client requirements. Therefore, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Bespoke lighting fixtures
- Customized LED solutions
- Architectural lighting plans
- Products created as per client measurements or design approvals
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
3. Eligible Return Conditions
A return or replacement may be considered only if:
- The product is delivered in a damaged or broken condition
- There is a manufacturing defect
- The product received is different from what was ordered
In such cases, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
4. Inspection & Verification
Once a return request is received, our team will inspect the submitted evidence.
If the issue is verified, Woo Arkaya will arrange for repair, replacement, or store credit—depending on product type and availability.
5. Refund Conditions
Refunds are approved only in rare cases where:
- A replacement is not possible
- A product cannot be repaired
- An incorrect product was delivered and the correct one is unavailable
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
6. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is applicable, Woo Arkaya will arrange for the product to be collected and re-delivered at no additional cost.
Replacement timelines will depend on product availability and customization requirements.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders for bespoke or custom items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Standard product orders may be cancelled only if the request is made before dispatch.
8. Customer Responsibilities
For a smooth return or replacement process, customers must:
- Provide clear proof of damage or defect
- Return the product in its original packaging wherever possible
- Ensure the product is unused (except in cases of defects)
